What does Qingdao dialect mean in mobile Altman?
Qingdao dialect, a Chinese dialect, belongs to the Qingliai dialect of Jiaoliao Mandarin, which is characterized by heavy tongue sound and obvious distinction between sharp sounds. The tone of "th" is often added to "sh", "x" and "s", so the tone is also reduced a lot.
Before the opening of Qingdao, Qingdao dialect belonged to the township dialect of Jimo County, Laizhou City. Dialect is based on the local dialects of mother county (Guo Fu county, Laizhou prefecture) and Ye county (now Yantai-Laizhou city), and naturally formed through population migration. Qingdao dialect comes from Jiaogao dialect in neighboring counties and cities (Jiaogao refers to jiaozhou city, Weifang gaomi city and Jimo). Jiaogao dialect is the background color of Qingdao dialect.
In a narrow sense, Qingdao dialect refers to the dialect of the old city of Qingdao (Shinan District and Shibei District), and it is also a dialect that is discussed more in academic circles. Based on Jimo vowels, it is formed by merging dialects brought by immigrants from all over the world.
