What do you mean, far and near? Where did it come from?

The source of this code comes from the Analects of Confucius Luz: "Ye Gong asks politics. Confucius said,' Those who are near are happy, and those who are far away come.' "

During the Spring and Autumn Period, Confucius traveled around the world to publicize his political ideas, hoping that the monarchs of various vassal States could adopt and use his ideas. Once, Confucius came to Chu, and Lord Ye asked him how to manage political affairs. Confucius replied, "Make people under your rule happy, and make people who are not under your rule take refuge in you."
