Compensation standard for resettlement of Baihetan Hydropower Station

The compensation standard is: 1. If large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects expropriate cultivated land, the sum of land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies is 16 times of the average annual output value of the cultivated land in the three years before expropriation. 2. The standards of land compensation and resettlement subsidies for the expropriation of other land shall be implemented in accordance with the standards stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the project is located. 3. The compensation standards for scattered trees and young crops on the expropriated land shall be implemented according to the standards stipulated by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the project is located, and so on.
