Chapter III Members

Seventeenth rural residents registered in the village, meet one of the following conditions, and abide by the articles of association of the village economic cooperative, are members of the village economic cooperative:

(a) members of the original production brigade when the two-tier management system was implemented in rural areas;

(two) both parents or one of them is a member of the village economic cooperative;

(3) Having a legal marriage relationship with the members of the cooperative;

(four) because the members are legally adopted;

(5) Policy immigrants settle down;

(six) other personnel who comply with laws, regulations, rules, articles of association and the relevant provisions of the state and province.

Eighteenth for one of the following reasons, the household registration relationship has been moved out of the village or cancelled, and its membership shall be retained:

(1) Active duty conscripts and junior noncommissioned officers of the China People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force who meet the relevant provisions of the state;

(two) full-time college students;

(3) Criminals sentenced to imprisonment;

(four) other personnel who comply with laws, regulations, rules, articles of association and the relevant provisions of the state and province.

Article 19 Persons other than those specified in Articles 17 and 18 of these Regulations shall fulfill the obligations stipulated in the articles of association of the village economic cooperative, and may become members of the village economic cooperative or retain their membership upon the approval of the members (representatives) meeting.
