Land in immigrant areas

If the rural hukou moves out, it still enjoys the right to contracted management of land.

But in any of the following circumstances, the village collective may recover the contracted land:

Women who have moved out of their registered permanent residence and obtained contracted land in their new residence.

2. The whole family moved into a city with a district and became a non-agricultural household registration.
