2. Four principles: candidates in the same examination room They are all test papers of the same nationality (general Chinese paper, Tibetan language paper, Mongolian language paper), the same foreign language (this year there are 4 kinds of English, Japanese, German, and French), and the same subject category (general literature and history, art, physical education, general 6 categories of science and engineering, art science, and sports science);

3. Random and real-time principle: Based on the above principles, the examination room number and seat number of candidates in the same examination area are randomly and instantly generated by the computer. Once generated, Immediately copy and archive the original data, and the disciplinary inspection and supervision department will back up the original data to eliminate manual intervention.

Seats are randomly arranged by computer.

1. The seating arrangements for the College Entrance Examination will be announced in the examination room and will not be announced online in advance.

2. After entering the examination center, candidates will find their examination seats on the seating arrangement chart posted in front of the examination room.

3. Different provinces have different arrangements. Some provinces and cities arrange seats in the following way.

Arrangement plan

1. Setting up alternative examination rooms. In principle, it is required to set up one backup isolation examination room for every 10 ordinary examination rooms. Each test point must not be less than 3 points. In principle, one person needs to share one room. When the spare isolation examination room is not enough, multiple people can share one room (no more than 4 people at most) in the front row, last row or four corners.

2 , Before the exam, conduct comprehensive environmental sanitation and disinfection of the test sites, examination rooms, passages, door handles, tables and chairs, dormitories, etc.

3. Strengthen personnel health protection. Candidates in low-risk areas prepare masks in advance when entering the examination room. After entering the examination room and taking a seat, candidates can decide whether to wear a mask. Candidates in low-risk areas do not need to wear a mask. They can decide whether to wear a mask according to their own needs, but the staff and Invigilators are required to wear masks at all times.

Candidates, invigilators, and staff in the isolated examination room need to wear work clothes, medical protective masks and disposable gloves, depending on the situation, and protective clothing when necessary.

4. If a student has symptoms such as fever or cough during the exam, it is necessary to use an alternate isolation exam room for the exam. The time lost by candidates moving from the regular examination room to the alternate examination room can be made up.

5. Coordinate the heatstroke prevention and cooling work in the examination room and try to create a cool examination environment for candidates.

6. Cool down and ventilate the examination room. It is required to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the operation of the air conditioners in the examination rooms and carry out cleaning and disinfection. Split air conditioners or central air conditioners can be used in ordinary examination rooms. Split air conditioners must be used in backup isolated examination rooms. Natural ventilation, electric fans and other equipment can also be used to enhance ventilation.

7. At the same time, each examination center will fully prepare corresponding medicines and emergency measures to prevent heat stroke, diarrhea and other common summer diseases.
