(1) Marriage Certificate Notarization and Physical Examination Form

Take the mainland marriage certificate and physical examination form to the local notary office for notarization. (2) Go to SEF, Taiwan Province Province to verify the notarial certificate.

Call SEF to check whether the copy of marriage certificate and diagnosis certificate have been sent. If it has arrived, the spouse of Taiwan Province Province will take the original to SEF for verification and issue a notarized certificate after verification.

(3) Apply to the Environmental Management Bureau for mainland spouses to come to Taiwan for reunion (you can find someone to help you).

Materials to be prepared: application form for entry and exit of personnel in Chinese mainland area, two-inch half-length photos bareheaded in the last three months; Copy of Chinese mainland resident identity card; A certified marriage certificate and a copy of the marriage certificate (the original is returned after inspection), and a certified medical certificate.

(4) Mainland spouses should go through the formalities of coming to Taiwan at their domicile.
