The general labor market in the United States is not open to China citizens, and China citizens do not have labor visas.

Just want to work in America:

1. professional immigrants (that is, the migrant workers you mentioned), EB 1, 2, 3. Ordinary people need to have an American employer in advance to apply for EB3. The waiting period is long, which generally takes nearly 10 years. Whether you can succeed in the end depends on the final attitude and operation of this American employer.
