The Administrative Evolution of Qingshi Town in Ji 'an, Qingshi Town

In the 28th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty, Huairen County was transferred to Ji 'an County, and it was still a peace and security. Both the Republic of China and the Puppet Manchuria were under the jurisdiction of Dianzi, Liangmin County, fourth area. In August 1945, the People's Government of Ji 'an County was established, and the district and village system was implemented, which was the upper village of the eighth district (Huangdu District). In March 1956, the district and township system was implemented, and Liangmin Township and Huangbo Township were established within the jurisdiction. Qingshi Village is Shangtao Village in Huangbai Township. In September 1958, the rural people's commune system was implemented, and Liangmin Township and Huangbai Township were merged into Huangbai Township, and Yajiang People's Commune was established. In December, it was renamed Huangbai People's Commune, and now Qingshi Village is the upper management area of Yajiang People's Commune.

In September p>198, the management committee of Qingshi Town People's Commune was changed to Qingshi Town People's Government. By 1997, Wang Guosheng, Sun Yongguo, You Weiguo, Jiang Yufang and Sun Gongyu successively served as secretaries, and Ren Jingshi, Wang Debao, You Weiguo, Gao Tingde and Gao Ming successively served as mayors.

In January, 1997, Huangbai Township was abolished and merged into Qingshi Town as a whole. In April, 1998, Qingshi Town People's Government moved to Huangbai Village, under the jurisdiction of 8 village committees, 38 village groups, 1 community committee and 14 village groups in Huangbai, Qingshi, Shihu, Qiupi, Xiatao, Wangjiang, Haozigou and Changchuan. In 28, Sun Gongyu, Chen Nan, Xin Fuquan and Sun Tingfeng successively served as secretaries, and Gao Ming, Chen Nan, Zheng Quanjia, Xin Fuquan, Liu Xueqian and Sun Tingfeng successively served as mayors.
