Recently, our department approved the feasibility study report of Youyu-Pinglu section of Zhizong Expressway with document No.2012 2671.

The starting point of the project is located in the southeast of Kuicun Village, Gao Qiao, Youyu County, Shuozhou City, and it is connected with the completed Hu Da Expressway in the form of a hub. The route passes through the east of Caijiatun Village and the west of Xiding Village, crosses Youwei Road, and connects with the west street of Youyu County in the west of dong wang zhuang cun. The project starts from Donghu Township, Shenchi County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, connecting Shuozhou to Shenchi section of Xizhong Expressway and Donghu Hub of Sanheng Shenchi to Hequ Expressway. The route passes through Shenchi, Wuzhai and Kelan counties, and finally reaches Gaojiahui Township in kelan county, where it meets Siheng.
