School running

Immigration

In 1900, Huang Naishang organized a large-scale immigration of Fuzhou people to Sibu, Sarawak, in order to solve the livelihood problems of farmers and workers in Fuzhou, and established a new Fuzhou reclamation farm in Sibu. The Fuzhou ethnic group in Sibu flourished. to date.

Operating newspapers

Later, he edited two volumes of "Fuzhou Phonetic Common Character Textbook", which combined the 15 phonetic symbols, 36 letters and 17 Latin letters in "Qilin Bayin", and then used Latin letters to spell Fuzhou dialect. Huang Naishang can also speak Hokkien.
