Do two Arab women and an Arab man need a divorce when they immigrate to China?

According to Article 8 of the Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, both men and women who want to get married must register their marriage in the marriage registration office in person. Those who meet the requirements of this law shall be registered and issued a marriage certificate. Getting a marriage certificate is tantamount to establishing a relationship between husband and wife. Those who have not registered for marriage shall re-register.

As two Arab women and an Arab man are not married in China according to relevant laws and regulations, they are not husband and wife, so they do not need to go through divorce procedures when they move to China.
