Third, you should pay attention to studying abroad.

1, residence registration (visa on arrival, registration).

(1) Russian citizens should go to the local immigration office for residence registration within 7 days after entry.

(two) China citizens need to register outside the permanent residence for more than 7 days, and must re-register after returning to their place of residence. Because after foreign registration, the original residence registration will be automatically cancelled. International students or business people who travel frequently or away from home should pay attention to re-registration in time.

(3) Russian receptionists, including employers, hotels and residences, have the obligation and responsibility to register foreign citizens at the immigration office. If the residential address declared by a foreign citizen does not match the actual situation, or the landlord refuses to register the residence for the foreign citizen, the receiving party shall bear the corresponding responsibilities. Nevertheless, Russian citizens who stay in China for a short or long time should pay attention to registering their residences in time to avoid unnecessary punishment due to negligence.

(4) Russian citizens with multiple entry visas must re-register their residence when they re-enter China after leaving the country.

According to Russian law, the entry purpose of foreign citizens on their visas to Russia should be consistent with their activities in Russia (for example, they can only work in Russia on a work visa, and it is illegal to work in Russia on a business visa or a tourist visa). It is considered illegal for foreign citizens to engage in activities that are inconsistent with the purpose of their entry visas. It is also illegal to buy and sell invitations, visas and work permits through intermediary companies.

3. When foreign citizens apply for a three-year temporary residence or residence permit in Russia, they are often required to issue a certificate of innocence. China citizens' proof of no crime shall be handled by the domestic public security organs in China, notarized by the notary office, certified by the Foreign Affairs Office of the provincial government or the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and certified by Russia and embassies and consulates in China.
