Descendants of German immigrants

The reason why there are so many Germans in Kazakhstan is actually related to the eighth Tsar yekaterina during the Tsar's rule. Although yekaterina was a czar at that time, he was actually German. Therefore, after she ascended the throne of the czar, many preferential policies were introduced during her reign to encourage the German people at that time to immigrate to live here. So in the following year 100, under the call of yekaterina and the very preferential policies of yekaterina, a large number of Germans came to live here.

By the time we arrived in the Soviet Union, there were already 1 10,000 descendants in Russia at that time. And this1100 million people also spontaneously unite. A German autonomous prefecture named Volga River was established, which was also recognized by the Soviet government at that time. 1924, this autonomous prefecture was upgraded to a socialist Republic. But such a good day didn't last long. Shortly thereafter, the war broke out between the Soviet Union and Germany. In this case, Stalin was naturally dissatisfied with this group of Germans, so he expelled this group of people on charges of collaboration with the enemy.

And this part of the expelled Germans came to the territory of today's Kazakhstan for reclamation. However, after the Soviet-German War, the expulsion of these Germans did not end, and the Soviets still did not allow these Germans to return to the Soviet Union, so these Germans have been living in today's Kazakhstan. In the late Soviet Union, West Germany also began to introduce some corresponding policies, hoping that these Germans who stayed in Kazakhstan could return to the embrace of Germany. Therefore, some Germans chose to go back, but others chose to stay.

After that, about 400 thousand people stayed in Kazakhstan, which is why so many Germans live in Kazakhstan now.
