Filipino fishermen worship Poseidon's traditional festival. Popular in Samar Island, Philippines. The fishing season begins in April every year. Fishermen hold a fishing festival ceremony before the full moon rises on the first Friday. Fishermen put the prepared wine and food on the bamboo raft first, and then push the bamboo raft into the sea. Bamboo rafts will drift far at low tide, but they will soon come back with the waves.
