Note: It can be used for reference, because the resource is Beijing, but the materials needed in all parts of the country should be similar, and they should be prepared according to specific needs.

Overseas Chinese send their foreign children under the age of 18 to their relatives' homes in Beijing for foster care, and their parents or guardians apply to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau for foster care. Those who have foreign nationality confirmed by the public security organs may apply for foster care. Foster children can apply for a valid L visa with zero, one, two or more entry valid for 6 months or 1 year, and the number of applications is unlimited.

Documents required for visa application:

1, my valid passport and L visa;

2. The original residence registration certificate of the applicant in Beijing; (If you live in a hotel, the hotel will issue a certificate; if you live in an apartment, villa or residence, you will be issued a certificate by the police station. )

7. The identity certificate of the supporter or guardian and the written guarantee notarized by the notary office. The written guarantee must indicate that it accepts the entrustment of the adopted son's parents, undertakes the responsibility of raising and guardianship, and ensures that the adopted son will leave the country on schedule.

* Relevant certificates issued by overseas institutions must be certified by China embassies and consulates abroad.
