1. Conditions for Cyprus to apply for a passport of 2 million euros:

The main applicant is a non-EU citizen, aged 18.

2.？ No criminal record

3.？ Purchase a property with a total price of not less than 2 million euros in Cyprus (the value of the property used for self-occupation is not less than 500,000 euros).

Two. Conditions for applying for permanent residence in Cyprus:

Principal applicant 18 years old or above, with no criminal record;

Buying a property with a net worth of more than 300,000 euros in Cyprus;

30,000 euros for three years in Cyprus.
