Non-blacks refer to black people who enter the country illegally, reside illegally and work illegally. Black race, also known as black race, black Australian race, equatorial race and Congolese race. It is a theory of human classification, which divides people according to the heritable traits in constitution.

The racial classification of blacks mainly includes nilot, Bantu (both of which account for the vast majority of African black population) and Hermite. Mainly distributed in Africa, North America, South America and Europe. Although Australian aborigines also have black skin color, they are divided into brown people in demography. The native place of black people is sub-Saharan Africa. Black people in America and Europe are mainly descendants of slaves in colonial period and black immigrants after World War II.
