Origin of the place name of Shaijiatuo Village: It was built by Cai immigrants from Shandong in the early Ming Dynasty. Because there is a sand pile in the south of the village, it is named Caijiatuo because of its surname. After Cai's surname was abandoned, the villagers renamed the village Tuo according to the legend that they had basked in armor on Shatuo during the Eastern Expedition in the Tang Dynasty.
Shaijiatuo Village is located 4 kilometers south of Longjiadian Town, with a total cultivated area of 1.520 mu. There are 332 households with 962 people in the village. The leading industries of 29 villages in party member are farming and aquaculture. The main income sources of villagers are planting, breeding and going out to work.
