Ipoh's cultural education

Most schools in Ipoh are mainly Chinese schools, because 75% of the population are Chinese. The school is divided into two stages: primary school and secondary school. Secondary schools are also divided into two types: public and private. Ipoh's primary schools are only state-run, and Chinese schools are mainly Chinese. All textbooks will be in Chinese except a Malay textbook and an English textbook. There are great differences between public secondary schools and private secondary schools. Malay is the main language of the State Council, and Mandarin is the main language of private parliament. Many of these schools have a history of decades (some even have a history of hundreds of years). In addition, many schools were introduced to Ipoh by Catholic missionaries.
