Loudi Xinhua Airport (under construction) is located in the civil domestic regional airport, with the technical index of the flight area of 4C, which is mainly used for tourism, business, official activities and freight transportation in Loudi area and surrounding counties and cities.

The main construction contents of Xinhua Airport are: newly built 1 runway with a length of 3,200 meters and a width of 45 meters, 1 vertical connecting taxiway, a 3,000-square-meter terminal, two C-class parking platforms, a 2,400-square-meter parking lot and supporting facilities such as air traffic control, communication navigation and meteorology.

Airport Avenue starts from Tianzishan Bridge and is built according to the first-class highway standard on the basis of Hexi Yanjiang Highway built by Immigration Bureau. In the medium term, the airport expressway will be built, which will be connected with Dongguan Expressway, Louhuai Expressway, Zhang Xin Expressway and Longlang Expressway.
