Interpretation and introduction of land acquisition compensation and resettlement regulations for large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects

The Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects (the State Council Decree No.47 1) was issued on July 7, 2006, and has been implemented since September12006.
