Can resettlement houses be bought and sold?

Hello, generally you can't buy or sell resettlement houses, but there are still ways.

The state has clear regulations on the sales targets of affordable housing: (1) having permanent residence in cities and towns (including soldiers who meet the conditions for urban resettlement);

(two) the per capita housing area of a family without a house or a family is lower than the per capita housing area of local urban residents;

(3) The per capita annual income of families is lower than the per capita disposable income of local urban residents.

The purchase process is that the applicant applies to the real estate department where his household registration is located for approval of the purchase qualification with the family residence booklet, the income and housing situation certificate issued by the unit or community neighborhood Committee or the compensation agreement for house demolition. Families that meet the requirements for purchasing houses after examination shall be publicized in the community where the applicant lives within 1 month from the date of accepting the application. The publicity content includes family population, current housing area, income, etc. The publicity period is 7 days. During the publicity period, if no one raises any objection to the applicant's qualification for purchasing houses or the objection is not established after investigation and verification, the real estate department will issue the Qualification Certificate for Urban Residents to Purchase Affordable Housing, and the applicant can purchase a set of affordable housing with this certificate. It can be seen that the demolition and resettlement houses in rural areas are not affordable housing, but two different forms of housing.
