In April 2005, according to the actual resettlement work of Pubugou Hydropower Station, in order to broaden the resettlement channels, reduce the pressure of rural immigrants on land resources and solve the long-term living security of immigrants.

In 2008, according to the old-age security immigration policy, combined with the actual situation in our province, with the consent of the provincial government, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the former Provincial Immigration Office jointly issued the Notice on Issues Concerning the Immigration Policy for Large and Medium-sized Hydropower Projects in our province. The document stipulates that from June 2009, the standard of the old-age security fund will be adjusted from per person per month 160 yuan to 190 yuan, and the term will be changed from the time of relocation.
