1. Your husband and children can obtain permanent residency in China under certain conditions. According to the fifth and sixth paragraphs of Article 6 of the Administrative Measures for the Examination and Approval of Permanent Residence of Foreigners in China:

(5) The spouse of a China citizen or a foreigner who has obtained the permanent residence qualification in China, whose marriage relationship has lasted for five years, has lived in China for five years continuously, has lived in China for not less than nine months every year, and has a stable living guarantee and residence; This is the condition that your husband can apply for.

(6) Unmarried children under the age of 18 who take refuge in their parents; This is a conditional class that you two children can sign up for. )

2. Children whose parents are from China can choose their own nationality after birth. If you have chosen Korean nationality for your child, you can only apply for China nationality, but it is almost impossible to get approval from the Ministry of Public Security. (When a child enters the country with a Korean passport, it is deemed that you have chosen Korean nationality for your child. If you apply for a China travel permit at the embassy or consulate in China, it is considered that you have chosen China nationality for your children. )
