Land belonging to the country?

Land owned by the state includes:

1. Land in urban areas, that is, built-up areas, belongs to the state.

2. The land that has been confiscated, expropriated, purchased and requisitioned as state-owned by the state in rural areas and urban suburbs belongs to the state.

3. Woodland, grassland, wasteland, beaches and other land belong to the state, unless it is legally confirmed according to the collective ownership certificate or the fact that it enjoys collective ownership.

4. If there is a rural collective economic organization in the built-up area or on the edge of the urban built-up area, but all the land owned by the peasant collectives of this organization has been turned into construction land, the state can legally turn all the members of the rural collective economic organization into urban residents, and the land originally owned by its members has been turned into state-owned land, and the land users have the right to allocate state-owned land.

5. for reasons such as state-organized migration and natural disasters, the state shall replace the state-owned land with the original collective land that is no longer used by the farmers after the collective migration of the organized land, and the farmers of the relocated rural collective economic organizations shall enjoy the collective land ownership.

6. Land ownership is disputed. If it cannot be proved that the disputed land belongs to farmers' collectives according to law, it belongs to the state.
