"Dink" in Shenzhen in Dink Culture

Chi Shujun, a researcher at the Gender Culture Research Center of Shenzhen Academy of Social Sciences, and others conducted a large-scale investigation on the marriage and family status of registered population in Shenzhen, and found that registered families in Shenzhen are still traditional and stable, with "single-parent families" and "single-parent families" accounting for only 0.8%, but the proportion of "Dink" families with no children and only husband and wife is as high as 10%, and it is still on the rise.

Most couples in these families have a high level of knowledge, and they have different ideas about choosing such a lifestyle.

No time to have children.

The husband and wife have a successful career and have already entered a well-off life. Because I am too busy to have children, I have no energy to raise another child, and I will not expect my children to support the elderly. It doesn't matter whether I have children or not.

For a self-made family, everything has to start from scratch. In order to make achievements in their work, the husband and wife get up early and get greedy for the dark, and devote themselves to their work. The content of life is not only work, but also work. In this extreme busyness, we are busy with each other and often don't see each other for a day. When we get home, we can exchange things at work, cook some delicious meals together in the kitchen, and relax in our spare time, such as going out to play, gathering with friends or going to the gym.

Don't want to be dragged down by children

In some "Dink" families, the reason why couples don't have children is simple: after watching those parents being dragged down by their children for decades, the children can finally give them little, and the pay and return are disproportionate, so they don't want to go their own way.
