Xingxian Circular Economy Industrial Park is jointly built by China Resources Group and China Aluminum Company, with a total investment of 45 billion yuan. Taking circular economy as the basic path, a relatively complete circular industrial chain of "coal-electricity-aluminum-wood" will be built in the park. Mainly including coal mines, coal washing plants, power plants, alumina, electrolytic aluminum, cement plants and other enterprise projects. Among them, the planned new mine has a total investment of nearly 3 billion yuan, and the estimated sales income after production is 6 billion yuan. It is planned to build a 2× 1000MW self-provided power plant with low calorific value. The project construction investment is 1000 billion yuan, and the power generation after commissioning is1500 million kwh, aluminum. After the completion of these projects, the mutual circulation among industries in the park will be realized, industries with waste absorption, environmental harmlessness and resource recycling will be developed, and the ecological function of the industrial system will be improved and upgraded. After the project is put into production, it will realize annual sales income of 610.50 billion yuan, profit of 5.7 billion yuan and tax payment of 4 billion yuan.
