Does Singapore need a visa?

China citizens holding ordinary passports for personal reasons must apply for entry visas in advance. China citizens who hold diplomatic passports and official passports (including ordinary official passports) and stay in Singapore for no more than 30 days are exempt from visas; If you stay for more than 30 days, or for the purpose of work, study or any profit-making activities, you should apply for a visa or relevant permission according to the regulations of the competent authorities of the Singapore government.

According to the latest policy published on the website of the Singapore Immigration Bureau, starting from1October 28th and 20 19 65438, China citizens can transit Singapore visa-free for 9 6 hours. The visa-free transit conditions are as follows:

1, the passport is valid for at least 6 months.

2. There must be an air ticket or boat ticket for leaving the country within 96 hours (counting from 0: 00 the next day after entry).

You must have a valid visa issued by one of the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany and Switzerland. When entering Singapore, the visa is valid for more than 1 month.

4. If you travel with a single valid visa from the above-mentioned countries, you can use a visa when you enter the country, and you can also transit Singapore without a visa when you return, but you must travel directly from the visa issuing country to New Zealand and the transit destination is China.
