As far as the country itself is concerned, does Ukraine welcome immigrants? What's your attitude towards immigrants?

Unfortunately, xenophobia in Ukraine is very serious, especially for non-whites. There are skinheads not only in Russia, but also in Ukraine, and it is quite serious. On the whole, there are many skinheads in big cities such as Kiev, and the residents are more xenophobic. Medium-sized cities and small cities such as Donetsk and Lugansk are relatively mild, there are basically no skinheads, and residents have a high degree of acceptance of foreigners.
