Scope of responsibilities of water conservancy bureau

Its terms of reference are as follows:

2, management and protection of the city's water conservancy facilities, waters and coastline. Guide the management and development of rivers, lakes and beaches in the city. Organize the construction and management of large and medium-sized or cross-district counties (autonomous counties and cities) important water conservancy projects. To guide the safety supervision of reservoirs and hydropower dams in the city. Responsible for guiding the resettlement of water conservancy projects in the city.

3, to guide the city's rural water conservancy work, including coordinating the construction and management of farmland water conservancy infrastructure, guiding the township water supply and rural drinking water.

4, in charge of the city's soil and water conservation work, including the formulation of soil and water conservation planning and organization and implementation. Organize the monitoring and comprehensive prevention of soil erosion in the city.

5, responsible for the city's water conservancy science and technology, education and foreign economic and technological cooperation and exchanges. Guide the construction of water conservancy teams in the city. Guide the work of industrial safety production. Organize major water conservancy scientific research and technology popularization.
