Pingqiao resettlement area project is located in TPQ04—0308 plot of Pingqiao Town, with Baiping Highway in the east, Wei Yi East Road in the south, a branch road in the west and S323 provincial highway in the north. The construction land area of the project is 4 1 196 square meters, and the total construction area of residential resettlement houses is 92,370 square meters, with 7 14 sets. The apartment is used to accommodate immigrants from Pingqiao Town, Jietou Town, Leifeng Township, Sanzhou Township and Longxi Township. The northern part of the resettlement area is dominated by industrial parks, which can bring employment opportunities for immigrants, and there are educational supporting resources such as Qianshan Primary School and Qianshan Middle School around it.

The project is located at TCC04-0208, Chicheng Street, north of Baihua Road, near Tiantai Primary School. The total land area is 47,824 square meters, and the total construction area is 109252 square meters. The construction contents include resettlement houses, supporting houses, kindergartens, roads, greening and other ancillary projects, and 590 sets of houses are built by county-owned investment companies. After completion, some resettlement households in Chicheng Street and Liang Shi Town can be resettled.
