Reflections on the company's vision, mission and values

I started studying abroad in 2000. In 2002, I immigrated to Montreal, Canada, and then went to a local university to study for a degree. I worked in a bank for six or seven years after graduation. I also often serve local international students and new immigrants, especially the fund companies in banks in the last three years. After a long time, my heart is still restless. After all, immigrants don't just want a stable job. So in 1 1 year, 12, I decided to "start my own business" (now it's just a small business according to teacher Xiao's standards). After all, I am familiar with the immigration industry. In addition, I immigrated to Canada from China, the largest emigration country in the world, and I am familiar with the language and culture of China and Canada.

I made up my mind. After 1 1 to 12 years of hard work, I studied the immigration consultant course for two semesters, passed the immigration consultant exam, got the Canadian immigration consultant license, and then set up my own company. But at first, for economic reasons, I didn't quit my original job. I still work in a bank during the day, and then I do some immigration work slowly at night, just taking advantage of the time difference with China. By the end of 14, I finally made up my mind to quit my job in the bank and concentrate on my immigration and study abroad.

When I first decided to do it myself, I just had some vague ideas and felt that I had gained the so-called freedom. On the other hand, I always fantasize about the early arrival of financial freedom. But really, there is not much thought. The first thing is to have as many guests as possible, one or two, and to have a basic income to ensure the family's living expenses. Up to now, in addition to being busy every day (the so-called freedom seems to be an illusion), there are many more partners and guests, but now it seems inefficient. Many people just come to you to get some information or compare prices, not real guests. In addition, with the tightening of Canada's immigration policy, the success rate of some projects that should have high profits is reduced, which leads to the embarrassment that sometimes they are busy for a long time but finally have no profits. I tried to develop some new projects, but it was always unsatisfactory.

I'm busy now, and I can't go on like this. Last week's homework, I also consciously talked about the vision, mission and values of the enterprise. Now it's time to define these key concepts for your own company. And I hope to make clear the direction, goal and method of my company.

Try to define the vision of your company first. Vision is only the blueprint of the goals that the enterprise expects to develop in the future. As a company mainly serving China immigrants and international students, my short-term (about 3 years) vision is to become a first-class immigrant study company in Montreal where I live, and strive to occupy the field of immigrant study in the eyes of local China immigrants and international students, and establish the authoritative image of Canadian business immigration programs in the domestic study industry. The company's long-term development vision is: to create international citizens for the world! Build a bridge to the world for those who want to go abroad.

The mission of an enterprise refers to its reason for existence, its role and responsibility in social and economic development. Our company's mission: to provide suitable solutions for people who want to go abroad. Provide the best choice for guests according to their needs and personal situation.

The values of enterprises are the methods, ways and means to guide things, and in a sense, they are the moral standards of enterprises. The values of our company are: achieving customers, growing employees, being honest and responsible, and developing together. The greatest value of a company is that it can meet the needs of customers, and it is impossible to realize this value without high-quality employees. In the process of realizing customers' needs, we must uphold an honest and responsible attitude so that this value will not be discounted. Especially in the background of mixed quality and low trust in the study abroad industry, the company can develop for a long time by adhering to integrity.

Of course, these ideas are simple and inconclusive. Recently, we should constantly think about refining and modifying these concepts, teach methodology with laughter, and constantly ask ourselves what is most important! Then constantly hone in practice, get feedback and then modify and improve. When these key concepts are mature, we should adhere to them for a long time and take them as the company's business objectives and guidelines. I hope that through persistence, the company can embark on the ideal road of entrepreneurship, a long-term development company with growth speed.
