Li Jinghan’s Beijing King & Wood Mallesons
Born in 1961 in Washington, USA, to an immigrant family. His ancestor was Fu Heng, a great nobleman of the Qing Dynasty. He received excellent artistic influence and education since childhood.
In 1983, Li Jinghan graduated from the University of Virginia with a major in politics and diplomacy. Later, after receiving a master's degree and a doctorate in law from Georgetown University, he worked in a New York law firm.
Currently Li Jinghan is the chairman of Beijing King & Wood Mallesons, a senior private life designer, and the owner of the famous Beijing Siheyuan Restaurant.
In 1997, Singapore Giti Private Investment Co., Ltd. purchased the right to use No. 3 on the Bund. Later, Li Jinghan and the company's founder jointly established House of Three, investing US$35 million in renovations. In 2004, Three on the Bund officially opened to the public.
Everything in Three on the Bund is basically a reflection of Li Jinghan’s thoughts, which will have a huge impact on the future direction of the "Bund", a landmark building in Shanghai.
Li Jinghan was selected as one of the candidates for the top ten elite men in China in 2004.
