1. After completing the Application Form for Exit of China Citizens as required, it shall be stamped by the Party Committee or the personnel and security department of the unit where it belongs, and stamped by the neighborhood office or police station where it is unemployed; If it is a rural hukou, it must be stamped by the first-level department of the rural township party Committee.

2. A letter of introduction issued by an individual applying for going abroad (also issued by the unit stamped with the application form), which should be written by the exit-entry administration department of the local public security organ, and the content is consent.

3. Take a good passport photo (usually a two-inch black-and-white or color bareheaded front photo in the last three months) and stick it on the Application Form for Exit of China Citizens as required. In addition, prepare at least 2~3 other photos of the same, and write my name on the back of the photos.

4. Prepare copies of documents and materials related to going abroad, such as invitation letter, guarantee letter, admission notice, etc.

5. Prepare my household registration book, ID card, work permit or other household registration certificates, or student ID card, unemployment certificate, retirement certificate, resignation certificate and professional title certificate.

6. Submit the completed China Citizen Exit Application Form, foreign (overseas) invitation letter, letter of guarantee, letter of introduction from the company, household registration book, work permit, student ID card or unemployment certificate, retirement certificate, ID card and my photo to the exit-entry administration department of the public relations organ. If you apply for an expedited passport for special reasons, you must indicate it when submitting the materials.
