8 Navigation and Communication Equipment Specifications

8.1 VHF FM Radio Station

Two (2) VHF FM Radio Stations [25 Watts, Channel 55, 24V] In accordance with DSC regulations.

8.2 Radar

Two (2) radars, X-band with 20' color display, SOLAS compliant. Global Positioning System (GPS), speedometer, Automatic Ship Identification System (ASI), etc. can be connected to the radar. Specify connections and wiring as deemed necessary by the builder.

8.3 Compass

One (1) main gyro on the steering station.

Relays are provided to provide:

- Bridge control station (bridge side) (2)

- Wheelhouse (1) - Bearing gyro Reread

- Steering gear computer. (1)

8.4 Autopilot

A (1) with gyro/GPS must be present/

8.5 Magnetic Compass

One (1) complete standard magnetic reflection compass with azimuth measurement is built on top of the cab.

Compass deviation cards are prescribed.

8.6 Navigation lights and appearance

A complete set of dual-lens, navigation lights is provided and installed at the specified location. In particular, the following also need to be installed:

-Two (2) mast lights

-Two (2) side lights

-One (1) Tail lights

- Two (2) anchor lights

- Two (2) black round plus one (1) backup light

- Two (2) Black Diamond

-One (1) Fuel Supply Light

-Three (3) System Lights

-One (1) Set Entry Light< /p>

8.7 Flag

One (1) prescribed Singapore flag.

8.8 Angle

The following are required to be installed:

One (1) mechanical cab plunger air horn operated with one hand.

8.9 Anemometer

Provides a (1) setup anemometer and anemometer system.

8.10 Ship's Bells and Gongs

One (1) 300 mm diameter brass horn with rope and the ship's name and year engraved, to be positioned in accordance with regulations and the owner's recommendations.

A gong is required.
