Domestic procedures mainly include: passport, exit permit, training certificate, etc. Go to some countries and regions and get vaccinated to avoid infectious diseases. Some countries must notarize their personal data before granting entry. These procedures are generally handled by the operating company. You can go abroad to work after completing the above procedures. If you can't send you out because of the operating company or foreign employer, the operating company will refund your performance bond and service fee. If it is due to your personal reasons or force majeure, the handling fee for going abroad will not be refunded.
Foreign procedures include: entry permit, work permit, etc. This is the responsibility of foreign employers. As for the expenses, the expenses you need to bear include: medical examination fees, adaptive training fees, passport and visa fees, and service fees (the expenses incurred by the labor management company in providing organization and service management shall not exceed 65,438+02.5% of your contract salary while working abroad).
Before going abroad, the expenses that need to be borne by yourself and will not be refunded are:
1. Physical examination fee: Physical examination can be conducted by hospitals at or above the county level or organized by operating companies. The expenses shall be paid according to the actual charges of the hospital, and a receipt shall be kept;
2. Training fee: According to the length of training, it is generally between RMB 150 in 600 yuan (including teaching material fee and overseas labor training certificate). Training fees can be paid directly to the training center or to the operating company. The training is organized by an overseas labor training center recognized by the operating company and qualified by the state. The training time is at least 48 hours.
3. Passport visa fee: paid as required;
4. Airport fuel surcharge: paid as required;
5. Vaccination: actually collected and paid by the epidemic prevention department;
6. Notarization fee for the contract signed with the dispatching company: paid according to the amount of the receipt.
Legal basis:
Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration Article 9 China citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents when leaving or entering the country. China citizens who want to go to other countries or regions also need to obtain visas or other entry permits. However, unless the China government has signed visa exemption agreements with other governments or the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provide otherwise. China citizens who leave or enter the country as seafarers and work on foreign ships shall apply for a seaman's certificate according to law.
