Treatment process
(1) The applicant submits the application materials to the exit-entry administration agency of the public security organ at or above the county level entrusted by the Ministry of Public Security, and collects the fingerprint information as required;
(2) If the accepting institution meets the application conditions, the application materials are complete and conform to the statutory form, it shall issue an application acceptance receipt to the applicant; If the application materials are incomplete or inconsistent with the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed of all the contents that need to be supplemented at one time; Do not belong to the scope of responsibilities of the department or do not meet the acceptance requirements, will not be accepted, and explain the reasons to the applicant.
