Each applicant needs to fill out two red application forms and attach two two-inch recent photos. The form must be written completely and accurately in English or Danish. The applicant personally signs this form and its annexes (Zheng Zhongsheng Ming) and related documents, and takes full responsibility for the contents filled in.

Applicant's valid passport, passport copy and ID card copy.

Invitation letter of the inviter (if the inviter bears the travel expenses, please indicate it in the invitation letter).

Employment contract or certificate between the inviter and the applicant.

The embassy has the right to ask the applicant to provide supplementary materials and ask the applicant to come for an interview. All materials must be in English or Danish.

Please make one copy of other documents on A4 paper except two application forms. After the embassy receives all the documents, it will forward the application to the Danish Immigration Bureau. It takes about 2-3 months for the Immigration Bureau to make a decision. The embassy will inform the applicant as soon as the results are available.
