Is there a difference between the faces of American whites and European whites?

Totally different. In the United States, even Arabs, like Turkey and Morocco, Jews and even Indians are called whites. Except for whites, there are only blacks and Mongolians (East Asia), while in Europe, Arabs are Muslims (definitely not whites), and nothing else. White Americans can be closer in race than British whites, and many of them are Anglo-Saxons. Continental Europeans are different from most Americans, and their clothing culture is even more different.
