How much does it cost for Burmese to immigrate to Central China and what documents do they need?

I think the China government should let bold people from Myanmar in, but they are compatriots living abroad. Although there are many people in China now, 200,000 courageous people are not many, and not all courageous Han people want to come to China. China can't help its courageous compatriots for greater benefit now, but it should accept them. I don't want those territories. Why can't I take those compatriots in?
