Application materials

1. Submit the completed "Application Form for Entry-Exit Documents for Chinese Citizens" (application on the spot) and a photo that meets the standards of the "Guidelines for Photos of Entry-Exit Documents" (can be taken on the spot), in person Process;

Submit your resident ID card for verification (minors must be accompanied by their father or mother to apply and submit the guardian’s ID card and original household registration book for verification. 3. Submit the original passport and copy for renewal of passport

4. For registered national staff, submit "Letter on Agreeing to ***'s Application for Entry and Exit Documents" issued by my work unit or superior supervisory unit in accordance with the personnel management authority;

5. Active duty military personnel should also submit their identity certificate (such as ID card, military officer's ID card, etc.) and their copies, as well as the opinion issued by the competent department of the military system with the authority to approve the application for an ordinary passport
