Reflections on Guan Shuimai's Creation
When I saw the special program "Water Vein" of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, I was looking forward to the scenes closely related to my hometown. After waiting for two days, the fourth episode of running away from home finally appeared
When I was a child, I often heard a sentence mentioned by my parents-the old house: "When we were in the old house, wall to wall", "We were here in the Dojo, who was there" and "We all drank water from a well".
In my memory, I always hear a word when I am busy with farming-old house land: the villagers gave a name to the place where they grew up with the most familiar memory and the most popular way. Looking back now, they talked about their feelings about the old house.
I don't seem to know whether this is a nostalgia for the past or a good memory, and there seems to be a sense of pride. This pride may come from the love of the land, because this land is not only under our feet, but also fertile ground for planting crops.
However, I don't know when the staff drew a water level line in the village. It seems that the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, which has been circulating for more than ten years, is really coming. I once imagined what would happen after we immigrated. Later, in the long policy change, we became a part of staying behind, and then I thought about what I should do when the villagers all emigrated.
Then the villagers moved away, I worked thousands of miles away, and then returned to my hometown, only to know that everything had changed. It can be said that things have changed. While regretting that we have not experienced the relocation of our hometown, we are also worried that we will stay behind.
In the process of national projects, these changes are far from enough. Soil removal and fertility improvement, terrace reconstruction and new rural construction are still in progress. The present house may become the old house of our generation, and the old house in the mouth of parents will also sink into the water and become a quagmire.
On June 14 and 18, CCTV broadcasted the fourth issue of the special program "Water Vein" of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, focusing on the migrants in Xichuan County, and recording their parting feelings. The old people cried: where will I be buried after I move there? Worried about the pillar of the family: how can a family survive when they move there?
The child's eyes are sometimes excited and sometimes confused. Familiar local accent and vivid relocation scene came to my eyes, and when I came back, I was in tears. As a left-behind member, what are your tears? Is it because of the tragic migration of the villagers, or because the villagers haven't had time to say goodbye, or because they haven't seen their childhood playmates for years? ...
There are many unpredictable things in a person's life. My parents didn't expect that the house they built with all the money would last for twenty or thirty years at the longest. How long can the house survive after immigration and what will it be transformed into? In its present form, it can only be unimaginable.
I didn't expect that the primary school in the village, where even primary school students had to move bricks to reinforce it, was abandoned after more than ten years. Looking back, I found that if our children go back, they don't even have their own school. They can hear the sound of school when they sleep under the covers, and the day when they can go home for a drink after class may never appear again. Imagine that our children might envy our indulgence and happiness at that time.
In the long river of history, a person's life is a drop in the ocean. How many days have he not wasted in his life? Cherish the present and love life!
