Requirements for immigrating to Macao

(a) the necessary conditions of the applicant

(1) Chinese mainland people must obtain the right of abode in a third country. You can apply for Macao immigration.

(2) The applicant shall submit the following documents:

D China passport for personal use (two copies of original and whole copy);

E. third country residence permit;

G marriage certificate (in Chinese and English, in duplicate);

H certificate of innocence (in duplicate in both Chinese and English);

I 12 2 inch color passport photo.

(3) The documents submitted by the applicant shall include the qualified relatives accompanying the immigration procedures:

A spouse or a person with a de facto marriage relationship;

B children under 18 of the applicant and spouse;

C minors under the age of 18 adopted by the applicant and his spouse.
