According to legend, during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1368 ~ 1398), Zhuang moved from Yunnan to build a village. Because the land is near Changguang River, the river is long and clear, so it is named Changqing. After Sun Shi moved in, the portal expanded, and it was renamed Sunjiatuan because it had the same name as the neighboring village.

The village is located 5 kilometers east of Guhe Sub-district Office and 7 kilometers west of Laixi City. The total land area is 93.33 hectares, including 86.67 hectares of cultivated land. There are 223 families with a population of 723 in this village.
