Donghai is a city in Jiangsu Province.

Donghai County belongs to Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, bordering Xinpu District and Haizhou District of Lianyungang City in the east, Tancheng County of Shandong Province in the west, Shuyang County in the south, Linshu County of Shandong Province in the north, Ganyu County along Xinshu River in the northeast and xinyi city in the southwest. Donghai county has a total area of 2037 square kilometers. Known as the crystal capital of the world and the hometown of hot springs in China, it is the first batch of coastal open counties in China, the first county in the west of the New Eurasian Continental Bridge, and the cross-radiation area of Huaihai Economic Circle, Yangtze River Delta Economic Circle and New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor.

The timely reserves are about 300 million tons, the crystal reserves are about 300,000 tons, accounting for more than 70% of the total reserves in China, and the silicon content is as high as 99.99%, ranking first in both reserves and quality.
