Citizens can apply for expedited ordinary passport application due to any of the following circumstances:

1. To travel abroad for funerals or to visit critically ill patients;

2. The entry permit or visa validity period of the country of destination is about to expire;

3. Urgent departure abroad to attend meetings, negotiate and sign contracts;

4. The registration time for studying abroad is approaching, and the documents before departure are lost or damaged ;

5. Other urgent matters recognized by the provincial public security bureau’s entry-exit management agency require immediate departure from the country.
