2) The number of days to stay in Japan during the scheduled period (expected stay in Japan) is calculated from the departure day, including the total number of days to stay on the day of returning home. For example, if you leave in April 1 and return to China on April 5, then fill in 5 days.

3) The writing order of birth date is "day, month and year", such as 0 1 (day), 04 (month) and 20 16 (year). Remember not to write the date and month backwards!
