B) overseas cancellation

1) Cancel overseas 1:

Holders of residence visas in the UAE (including work visas, family visas and any residence visas) leave the UAE for 6 months, and their visas will automatically expire. In this case, the employer or guarantor can choose to cancel the passport-free person or continue to wait, but the law can only allow him to leave the country for 10 month at most, and he must cancel after he has left the country for 10 month.

6 months to 10 months after leaving the country, the required documents and procedures for canceling the visa are as follows:

A) Step 1, you need to take a copy of the employee's passport to the printing center to print an Arabic NOC document, which states that the employee has been abroad for more than 6 months, and the Immigration Bureau has no objection to canceling the employee's visa. B) After printing the above documents, find the relevant counter of the Immigration Bureau and stamp it.

C) After stamping, prepare the following materials to print the cancellation documents of the Immigration Bureau:

Copy of business license

Copy of computer card of company immigration bureau

A sealed letter of no objection

Copy of employee's passport

D) After the cancellation document of the Immigration Bureau is printed, the applicant signs it and the company seals it. Parents, partners or guarantors will personally send them to the immigration office for cancellation.
