I. List of materials required for applying for an ordinary work visa

1、? A written guarantee that the employer is responsible for the repatriation expenses of the applicant and his relatives;

2. No criminal certificate;

3. A copy of the South African ID card/South African passport/South African permanent residence/passport+long-term visa certified by the inviter within three months (only a copy is required if the inviter's visa is issued in China or entered China on the day of application). If the inviting unit of the applicant is a South African government department or agency, it is not necessary to provide the ID card of the inviter;

4. The employer guarantees that the employee holds a valid passport during the employment period;

5. The applicant shall also provide the certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor, including the following contents:

(1) Despite efforts, potential employers are still unable to recruit South African citizens or permanent residents with the same qualifications, skills and experience as the applicants;

(2) The applicant has the qualifications or provable skills required for the position;

(3) The applicant's salary and pension are not lower than the average level of South African citizens or permanent residents in the same position in South Africa;

(4) The employment terms in the employment contract signed by the employer and the applicant shall comply with the labor laws and regulations of South Africa, and all the employment terms shall be concluded on the premise that the work visa is approved. The qualification certificate shall be certified by SAQA and officially translated into one of the official languages of South Africa;

(5) Details of the employer, if applicable, including the business registration certificate of the Intellectual Property and Companies Committee and the latest tax payment certificate of the South African company;

(6) The employer guarantees that once the applicant violates the immigration law or visa conditions, he will report it to the Minister of the Interior;

(7) The employer promises to report to the Minister of the Interior once the employment relationship with the applicant is terminated or the applicant changes his position. ?

Two, the validity of the work visa is not more than 5 years. If the applicant wants to submit an application in the consular district where he has been working and living for a long time, but the passport is issued in a place other than the consular district, then the applicant needs to provide the following materials:

1, the bank's salary statement for the last three months;

2. The applicant must submit a letter of guarantee (including the company's detailed address and effective telephone number) for working in the area for at least 6 to 12 months to the consular district where the application is submitted;
